Starting a home remodeling project isn’t something that just happens overnight. To have a successful home project, many people contemplate for weeks, months, and sometimes years before they begin.

And it makes sense. Remodeling projects take time, money, and vision.

That’s why when clients finally make the decision to move forward with their remodeling project, the process should be as smooth and straightforward as possible – from start to finish.

Consultation

The first step before beginning any home remodel project is the Consultation Phase. You’ll talk with us over the phone and we’ll ask you questions about your space and vision. This is an important step of the process because we can confirm our services are a good fit for your project. We care about the research you have done yourself, the home remodeling ideas you have, and all the details in between.

Discovery

In this step we explore the possibilities of what your space could be. This process is in-person & involves our contractor meeting with you at your home. We will document your existing space (measure, photograph, and review structural elements), discover your style and the look you want to achieve and discuss/explore materials so we may then produce 2-3 design conceptual floor plans for your review.

Project Development

It’s time to finalize your design and get the ball rolling! We’ll take your concept and start to refine every single detail, so you can really start to envision your new home space. In this phase, we will finalize the space layout, assist with your cabinetry details and material selections for your renovation project. Our subcontractors will then also visit your home to plan out their work and provide accurate pricing based on these selections. We will then provide you with a final proposal.

Renovation / Construction

The contract and remodeling phase is next for home remodeling. This is when the magic happens and your project is on it's way to becoming reality. We update you every step of the way with schedules and installations.  We work hard to minimize the mess and keep the construction area as clean as possible!
